Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of azraeloptions.com, the daily pre-market newsletter, The Vault Trading Desk on Discord, and the digital files we sell. By using the site, subscribing, or buying anything, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. What this is, and what it is not
Azraël Options publishes educational derivatives modeling. That means the math behind expected move ranges, dealer hedging mechanics, trade structures, and one trader's personal routine. It is offered so you can learn how these models are built and make your own decisions.
Nothing on the site, in the newsletter, in the Discord, in the Excel workstation or in the manual is individualized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security or derivative, or an offer of brokerage, portfolio management or trade signals. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor, and we do not know your financial situation. Any levels, scenarios or “if/then” maps posted are illustrations of a model, not instructions.
Options involve substantial risk and are not suitable for every investor. 0DTE options in particular can lose their entire value within hours. You can lose more than you expect, and past performance of any model, live or historical, does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for every trade you place.
2. Products
Founding Desk Pass ($297, one-time)
One seat in The Vault Trading Desk Discord server for the lifetime of the server, plus the Excel workstation and the execution manual. Seats are limited to 30 founding members. Once they are gone, new access is offered on a monthly subscription at a different price. “Lifetime” means as long as we operate the desk; if we permanently shut it down we will give at least 60 days' notice and the downloadable files remain yours.
Workstation and Manual ($27, one-time)
A downloadable Excel workbook (.xlsx) and a PDF execution manual, delivered instantly after payment via the confirmation page and by email.
Upgrade credit
If you purchased the $27 toolkit and later want a Founding Desk seat while one is still available, enter the promo code PLAYBOOK at checkout and the seat price becomes $270. The code is intended for toolkit buyers, applies once per purchase, and is not redeemable for cash. If you paid full price by mistake, email us with both receipts and we will refund the $27 difference.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. You authorize the charge when you complete checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. If a payment is later reversed or disputed, we may revoke Discord access and download links.
4. Refunds
Both products are digital goods delivered immediately on payment. Because the content cannot be returned, all sales are final and there are no refunds once the files have been made available or the Discord invite has been issued. If a technical fault on our side prevents you from receiving what you paid for, contact us and we will fix delivery or, failing that, refund you. Where consumer law in your jurisdiction grants non-waivable refund rights, those rights apply.
5. License to the files
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the workstation and manual for your own trading education. You may not resell, share, post, upload to public repositories, or redistribute the files or any substantial portion of the Discord content. You may modify the workbook for your own use. All intellectual property remains with Azraël Options.
6. Discord conduct
Inside the desk you agree to: keep discussion civil, not solicit members for other paid services, not post anything you do not have the right to share, and not present your own posts as advice to others. We may remove any member who breaks these rules or Discord's own terms. Removal for misconduct does not entitle you to a refund.
7. Newsletter
By subscribing you agree to receive the weekday pre-market note and occasional product announcements. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Delivery is handled by Beehiiv.
8. Availability
We aim to post the morning levels every trading day, but bots break, data feeds go down, and the author is human. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact posting times, or that any level will be published on any given day.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azraël Options and its owner are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, the newsletter, the Discord or the files. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Azraël Options is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights, those rights are not affected.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter and in the Discord, with the new effective date shown above. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
